Don’t Rush the Puzzle
A puzzle doesn’t have to be finished today. Or tomorrow. Or even this week. Leave it on the table. Come back when you feel like it. Work for ten minutes. Work for an hour. Walk away. Come back. That’s one of the beautiful things about puzzles. There is no deadline.
The Puzzle Table Rule
Here’s our unofficial Puzzle Parrot rule: If you walk past the puzzle table, you have to look for at least one piece. You might only intend to look for a second. But then you find a piece. So you sit down. Then you find another. Suddenly you’ve been puzzling for 30 minutes. Sound familiar?
